Ya, I bought some new ones from Roketa.. But went about it differently since the front forks had to be all torn apart. I cut my rubber dust covers, the new ones, and tape them back together with electrical tape. Found it easier to do it this way, verses perhaps not being able to get the forks off.

Now Chinese scooters are considered cheaper than the average Japanese scooter. But Harley Davidson might start or has started having China build their parts. ;D Harley Davidson makes one of the more expensive bikes out there. Will this change peoples opinions of Chinese scooters after a while. What is your opinion?

Well, now you know it is all a Honda product. The Honda Foresight 250 was only sold in Asia and Europe. The United States never seen it. The engine design in the Foresight is more like the MC-54B. The Foresight cost $5400 to $6200 new. They did not loose their value like the Chinese counterparts.

Well, that is what I figure... I mean, overheating with the Tank Scooter in 2004 -06 probably caused Roketa to change there scooter gas tanks.

Well, it is a story. I bought them at www.roketa.com ... They were not costly.. My first front shock boots tore up within 1 year. Cheap Chinaman rubber.lol... Well, I ordered them with the intention, of putting them on correctly. Well, this was a mistake.. I wanted to take the forks off to get them on and it was a no go.. I broke a screw driver and did not budge the forks. I went in my house and thought about it. The rubber is on your forks to simply hold the dust out. On the roketa site they are referred to as Dusters.. So I said, I can simply cut each duster along one side and tape it back together with electrical tape.. So that was what I done. But I cut a peice of tape 12 inches long and would rap around the duster. It has lasted 4 years. Almost time for a new set..lol I don't like taking things apart, unless they are broke. The forks were not broke so I could not see breaking them trying to put rubber on them. It really is simply to cut them and rap with tape..
