Alley, what style or number super trap exhaust did you install on your 150Cc trike ? Mine is starting to turn black at the joint.

I thought I was going to have to replace something to get the starter stopped but Alley solved that problem for me . Its good to reminisce there is always something that sticks in the back of our minds that reminds us of something we had to do to get our vehicles going again.

Alley, is there any difference between a 150cc & a 300cc other than engine size. Isnt the running gears basically the same?

Alley, That done the trick I whacked the starter solenoid a couple of times and was able to put the battery cable back on without the starter running. Rolled it outside an got it to running and took it for a ride around our park.

Thanks Alley, I will try that, I didnt run it constantly it would fire then I would let off then try again. It acted like the fuel had drained back to the tank, If I had charged the battery first it might have been alright. It turned over really good but then the starter stuck and it went down hill in a hurry

Got back from our trip and tried to start my scooter, it was trying to run then all of a sudden the starter kept on running and by the time I got the seat up to unhook a battery cable it had run the battery down. Now when I try to hook up a battery cable the starter runs, any idea's on what is wrong or what I need to check?

Alley, my battery on my Ice Bear trike has been staying up okay, but we are leaving the 4th of Sept. and will be gone for about 2 weeks. would it be okay to unhook the battery until I get back? Dont have a battery tender and not sure i would want to leave it on that long and be gone.
