Sorry to hear about your problem, axplayer. This is definitely not the "B" model you ordered. Hopefully you used either PayPal or your credit card. I would dispute the charge since the item received is not what you ordered. Unfortunately, I used a debit card so disputing this may just cause me more heartache and stress. Besides I can live with the CFMoto engine since I read that it is a very reliable engine and I'm sure I'll be glad it's a Honda clone when it comes to adjust the valves. The botom line is that Superiorpowersports DO NOT KNOW what they are selling when it comes to engines. A friend of mine is looking to purchase a 50cc and I have been telling him how great this vendor is....believe me, he will not be purchasing it from superiorpowersports now. God....I'm going to get drunk and try to forget about this.

I finally got the scooter but I will never buy from these people again. I ordered a MC-250B and today while trying to flush the radiator, I noticed the head was vertical and not horizontal. It has a honda clone engine! I am not a happy camper right now. I called Sandy and all she could say was that's what Roketa sent them. Man I'm pissed.

Sorry to hear this Damin. I saw the pictures from the other post and "yes" it was anything but "new". I won't be getting parts from them even if they have em for cheaper. I think some of these dealers think they are operating in China, thank goodness not everyone's like that. You should contact the BBB and whatever Consumer Affairs Division of the state EVO is registered at. You have every right to cause a sink, loudly at that. Someone should start a sticky with companies our members have had problems with....kinda of caution list. Hope things get better....keep all of us informed.

I wanted Black or silver but they had none so I got Blue. I'm sure ur right about tomorrow...I hope so anyway. Damn trucking co. made me hang around work longer than needed. It was just a little disappointing...last night I went to sleep thinking I'll be on the scooter today. It's almost like opening a gift to find nothing inside.

I'm having issues with the shipping company so no the scooter is still at some terminal. When I checked on line with the tracking no. it says it was to be delivered today, they told me the same thing over the phone yesterday. So I called this morning to get an eta and was told between 1:00-2:30 today. 2:30 comes around and i call again. They tell me that the truck has 3 deliveries and then will get to me. . .so before 5pm today. 5:00 comes and nothing so I called again and was told that it will be delivered by 5pm tomorrow! Why i asked and they said the scooter never made it on the truck. But I was told something else I told them and why has nobody called me to inform me. They hung up on me. Frustrated I called Sandy and explained what was going on. I was so pissed at the shipping company Vision Express that I was going to cancel the whole deal. Instead Sandy asked for a chance to see what was going on and promised to call me right back. She called a few minutes later and told me to expect a call from Vision Express very shortly. Someone did call me and explained that it was a screw upon their regional transport company here in VA. Regardless, since no one called me to inform me of the change. Long story short . . . they promised it will get here before noon tomorrow. I'll give them till 5pm and if it's not here by then, I'm cancelling the order and they can ship it right back to Superiorowersports. May sound a bit extreme but I don't put up with being lied to especially when it's a service I paid for. As for Superiorpowersport, they did nothing wrong other than using a bad shipping company.

thx for the info. I thought that the fuel and vacuum lines were different sizes. I'm not looking forward to removing the body panels but it has be done. i'm really surprised that the scooter is shiped with gas in it. I thought it was against the law to that. I must have been mis-informed...as usual.

Axplayer, have you spoken with Sandy at Superior Powersports? She was a big help to me and she is one that will take the time to go to the warehouse and check on an order. I didn't know how much vacuum and fuel line to use so I went to Advance Auto and bought 10 feet of it. I think I still have 4 feet left. Yes I spoke to her. She didn't explain what the problem was but in a way I don't mind the delay. At least they took the time to fix whatever the issue was and not just rush the scooter out. Plus they did say it would take two weeks....this coming Monday will be two weeks exactly. I'm stilling feeling good about going through them and hopefully I'll feel the same when the scooter arrives. Did you get 5ft of ea? Also I read the post where Jrryan helped you re-route some vac lines and I'm still confused....maybe it will clear up when I'm actually looking at the scooter but don't be surprised if I come calling for help. BTW...I'm glad that your silver-bullet is riding smooth. What type of break-in schedule did you follow or following still?

Axplayer, if they tell you the day it's going to ship that will be the day. Today you should receive a tracking number and can follow your scooter to your home. Mine came by FedEx and in one piece. You won't need to change the oil right away as they did put new oil in my scoot (you can tell by the tan color it wasn't from China). Also the plug is an NKG so you are fine with the plug which comes with it. Get your tools out and make sure everything is tight. I had no loose bolts or nuts. I did change the antifreeze and followed the Doc's instructions. You may need to burp it several times to get all the air out of the system. Change the gear oil, change out the fuel and vacuum lines and change the fuel filter. So far I have 600 miles on it and it runs great. Your title is inside the scooter. Either under the seat, in the trunk or if you received a free helmet look in the box. You will have a clean title made out to you. It was a piece of cake getting insurance and getting it registered at DMV. Well there seemed to be some sort of delay. Just called them again today to make sure the scooter got shipped out this past Monday. Nope....some sort of "warehouse" delay, they said. So now they said it won't go out until tomorrow and it won't be here until Monday next week at the earliest. Bummer. So the waiting continues... Btw, thx for the short list of things I need to do once the scooter arrives. I'm gonna make sure these things get done right away. Hey how many feet of fuel and vacuum line did you need to get to replace the old ones?

music has always been an important part of my life. I write and produce music and play several instruments. Main instrument of choice is the guitar which I've been playing for over 35yrs. You'd think after all that time I would be good at it lol. I also enjoy playing Quake 3 on line but not too many people are playing that now. When I used to live in Guam I enjoyed trolling for tuna. Here in Va. the only tuna I see are in cans .

I ordered 250-54B last week from this vendor ($1749.00 total), spoke to them yesterday and was told the scooter will be shipped this Monday! Although the proof's in the pudding, I am happy with the the people over at superiorpowersports so far. I will update this after the scooter gets here. Speedracer, I'm glad you are happy with the service and purchase. I'm not stalking but I have read almost all of your post since I'm getting the same scooter from the same place you got yours. Damn time goes by so slow when your waiting for it to pass by.

....just wondering if I can use a H4 type headlight bulb in the 54B or will it require hard-wiring of H4 sockets?

I personally dont trust suction cups. Maybe just personal preference. I like the Ram mounts for the scooters or motorcycle. Suction cups I leave for the cars so if they let loose they have something to fall into. Are those the ram mounts with the u-bolts mount under the handlebar cover? Trying to see which ram mount to get from ebay.
