Just wondering what everyone else has for hobbies? (Besides scooters)
Me...
Summer: Fishing on the rivers (cat fish), Camping (RV), RC cars and planes...
Winter: I really get into Flight Simulation on the computer, and if I'm lucky, I'll go snowmobiling or ice fishing once a season.
Otherwise I listen to my scanner, and mess with computers.

- Scooters
- The forum
- Motorcycles
- Birdfeeding and watching
- Owning a house
That last one isn't a hobby but it sure as hell occupies a lot of time. Rich

For the past 49 years I have been involved with purebred dogs and dog shows. It started as a a hobby, became a profession when I became a handler, led me into my present business, and is once again a hobby. At the moment we are campaigning a young Italian Greyhound and my wife also is a show judge.

I love to fish. I'm also into Astronomy, gem cutting and some silver/gold smithing. I spend most of my free time during the summer cutting grass and pulling weeds though.

I have to agree with Bass fishing and Golf. Green carp we call them. And they say golfing if for people that don't know how to fish! Just giving you some crap... Walleye fishing, now that is a challenge. That is why they taste so good.

In the summer any spare time I have (when the wife doesn't have a project for me) I'm allmost OCD with these stupid scooters. I'm ether working on my own, installing big bore kits for others, or working at my buddies scooter shop. I do manage to get a little camping in. We try to get out once a month in our vintage 1974 Winnabago 14ft trailer. Its mostly an excuse to drink all weakened. When winter comes then I tackle the big scooter projects. Man, I need to Get A Life!

Spare time? What's that? Usually what time I don't spend at work is spent with the church. I'm a volunteer youth leader and am currently serving on the church council. So, I'm frequently spending time with teenagers, taking them on retreats and to the theme parks in the area, etc... So, it goes without saying that the congregation is aware of my scooter riding habits. A few of my Youth have dubbed my scooter "Sasha" (after the scooter owned by JD from the TV show Scrubs). People at church got a kick when I decorated the scooter for our "Trunk-or-Treat" at Halloween. I draped fake spiderwebs all over it, put a plastic skull in my helmet and used that to prop up the seat and put a bowl of candy in the underseat bin. I'm thinking this year I'm going to take it to the next level and add some lights (maybe make the skeleton eyes glow... ) Aside from the church, this time of year my main focus is staying indoors out of the heat. Its just not sane to be outside longer than you have to. When the weather permits, I enjoy cycling on our local trails. I also like to go golfing, but I can't get out and do that nearly enough. I'm still trying to figure out a safe way to carry a golf bag on the scooter (I've seen options on multiple forums, so I just need to implement one). Oh, and I'm a bit of a geek. I love playing with computers, fixing, upgrading, etc... I've also been spending a fair amount of time tinkering with my truck, which I'll do more of when it cools down this winter.

Hum!!! Where do I start........? 1. Beautiful Women, I can watch them all day long. 2. Fishing, Yep, I like to catch Big Bream, Crappie, Walleye, and The Big Cats out of the river. I also enjoy wading the creeks with a bucket of minnows and catch Smallies, Channel Catfish. Now Bass Fishing I used to do a lot of, an I did practice catch and release but, then I figured. Why catch it if you can't eat it. LOL's That's when I went to panfishing.
3. Hunting, Turkey, Deer, Nut Eaters, Wabbits, 4. Got to mention, Scootin down the road. I really enjoy ridding in the evening with the sun setting and feeling the evening temperature drop a few degrees. Ah! What a feeling.

Because I own a scooter store and repair shop, my spare time activities are non-scooter related: 1. Building a house - pretty much full time right there 2. Travel - this is an amazing world, I am fortunate to have been to a lot of it. Love the tropics. 3. Birdwatching - here at home and around the world

Scooter/bikes have always been part of my life. Fishing is in my blood. 5 or 6 years ago I bought a new chinese mini lathe and micro milling machine. I have discovered o-rings and found pellet guns can be hopped up. have even built a couple pretty much from scratch. I was in repair and the installation of consumer electronics all my life and since I have retired have built a few computers, I hate microshaft and have used only linux the last 9 years. there you have it. john

Oh, I forgot about Texas Hold-em! I like to play the free games at the bar and try to win a little cash. I used to do it at the casino, but I've banned myself from going now.
Now that my oldest is 18, he comes with me sometimes. That would be in my winter hobby list.
