I recently purchased my first scooter from scootermadness.com A friend of mine purchased just before I did and reccomended them. Said it was shipped to him promptly. Now, ordereing a scooter online can be a hasstle, I understand that. You get it shipped in a crate and you never have any real contact with the seller/dealer.
I decided to use them as well, a random google search showed decent customer service and I figured I'd get mine delivered quickly as well. Which I did. I had it delivered within a week of ordering it online.
Problem, I must have clicked "add 1 quart of oil" which cost me $18.99. I honestly didn't notice it till about the day it was being delivered while looking at my CC statment online. I figured, my mistake, I guess I bought a $3 bottle of oil for $18.99. Well, I didn't recieve the oil. GREAT! I tried contacting them them first via phone, which no-one ever answers. Next through thier "contact us" link on their site 3 times now, no response. Kinda funny, there is a little statement there:
"Please fill out the below form and we will respond within 24hrs. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority"
Has anyone used scootermadness.com? Expierinces? Ever been contacted back by them?
I'll probably have to end up calling my credit card company and filling a dispute with them but I rather not have to.
