Replaced regulator today and no change to head light. Hope someone can give any idea of to try next. Had stator replaced about 6 months ago.

Thanks for your reply. Not familiar with a voltage meter. DC at battery right? What should it read?

Over the past few months my headlight (even bright light indicator) has dimmed occasionally and then returned to normal. During the moments when it dims, RPMs have no effect. No other electrical gages or lights are affected. Now it seems to be permanent. Headlight is so dim, I can no longer ride at night. I keep bike connected to maintainer when not in use and have new battery less than a month old. Bike starts and runs fine, just extremely dim headlight. Hope someone can help or know of possible solution as local scoot shop has 2 week out waiting list.
