I don't know if its just a lot of scooters/bicycles on the road or just no safety equipment (red lights, Stop signs) or lack of road rules but this is not good...

Well this morning we got 5 inches of snow and its 14 degrees. I guess winter is here.

Right now its raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock but the temp will drop as the night progresses changing to snow. Oh well, being retired I don't have to get out... ;D

Welcome. I had a 1955 Allstate Cruisair in 1958. I wish I had it now. I restored British roadsters to original condition and showed then over the southeastern USA. So you know my opinion. The scooter is a piece of history and deserves to be made whole in its original form...but thats just me. I will say restoring to orginal is harder than hot rodding. Yeah it got to near 50 today so I took a little ride while I could. Never know when I will get to again. It is supposed to rain tomorrow and start snowing Sunday.

Yeah, motorcycle ice racing was big in Russia. They did some of it in the US. When a rider went down, he wasted no time in getting off the track. Those steel spikes in the tires were fairly long. Not good to be run over with them.
I don't ride in the winter either. Sign me up for the sissy club.. ;D

Yeah, we had snow flurries here all day yesterday. It is going to be in the teens for the next two nights. I'm snuggled up to a warm cup of coffee...

Glad you are OK. I have been fortunate. In all the years I rode bikes I never went down on the highway. Now those weekend dirt bike outings were a different story...but alcohol was usually involved. I don't drink now.. ;D
