Due to positive comments about Jim at Rapid on several different Forums, I didn't even bother to price-shop when I decided to buy a trike 6 weeks ago. He was very upfront regarding everything, including exactly what was available. After delivery, there were a couple warranty items that needed replacing. Jim handled this immediately, even going above and beyond what was expected. I would have no problem recommending Rapid Repair to family/friends looking for an IceBear product. You get what you pay for. Tom (first post but been lurking for quite awhile)
