My blinkers and head light will not come on.. Someone mention that it may be the fuses.. Problem is, have NO IDEA where the fuses are.. I have the seat off and am looking.. Never mind finding something on line to help me.. Could it be the fuses?? Or something else??

I do have the vertical.. Ok didn't even think about the fuses.. but something is going on, because its still staying on when I take the key out.. Im beginning to think it has something to do with the battery breaker thing I installed.. im always taking the key out and shutting down the battery.. Just stinks because this scooter was running great.. And adjusting the valves.. the scooter ran really good today till tonight with the lights.. but I will check the fuse. Thanks Alley..

Kracker, when you did your valve adjustment, did you follow the video? Seems like in the video they move the valves in the same direction.. According to the manual you are supposed to move them in opposite directions.. so im kinda confused.. When I did mine I moved them like in the video and moved them both a bit to the left..
Now here comes my NEXT issue with this scooter.. Everything was so smooth now everything is hitting the fan.... Now tonight driving home from work My dash was out and only one light of my head lights were on.. Couldn't see anything in front of me.. The tail lights were fine.. had no blinkers, no dash at all... I have no idea what the hell is going on.. One thing after another now...

Crazy thing is I didn't have to take the panels off.. It was easy to get to ... I adjusted them I hope without disturbing any wires.. just weird that I was able to pull the key out.. and everything stay on.. wonder if it would of started without the key as well... strange just strange.. Its been running great till here recently...

NO.. all I did was adjusted the valves.... That can't be the issue right?? Its starting right up now.. but I shut the key down.. took it out and everything is still like it running except the engine is off.. The headlights, tail lights, dash lights, speedometer, all still on.. I have to use the battery key I install to shut everything down... Its weird. Has never happened before... Till just now.

OK.. so this is where I stand.. Someone is hating me with this scooter.... So I went out there to see about removing the carb.. I hit the top a few times.. Had trouble starting it.. Finally started up.. Let it run for a while.. NO GAS coming out.. That's the good news.. I adjust (hopefully correct) the valves. And now it starts right up no gas still...
But......... and wait for it.. there is a but.. Now when I shut the scooter off.. the scooter shuts down but the rest don't .. The lights stay on and the dash gauges stay on... Key is out and now it all stays on.. that has NEVER happened before till just now. Im glad I have a shut off key for the battery or I would be screwed..
So ... here's another issue.. And its raining so can't test ride it.. but now I have to deal with this other issue... What can be causing the scooter to stay on when the key is out???

Great.. new it couldn't be something easy as adjusting the valves...
Well gas is not ONLY coming out of that overflow.. ITS pouring out.. I will have to check the air filter .. time to take the scooter apart.. Yeah..
dam scooter.... Have to ask Bashan if there are videos showing why the float would be stuck or why its coming out of there.. Uggg was hoping this was going to be easy.. Doesn't seem like it..

Guess I will try the valve adjustment first.. Only problem I see is that the engine needs to be warm.. I can get it to stay running when its stopped not sure if it will get warm...
I hope its not a cracked manifold.. that would suck. I don't think its a vacuum leak this happened gradually .. little hesitation, then stalling..
