I all, I have a Roketa MC-23 and I just experienced an issue where I had blown the fuse by the battery - I replaced it with a spare and blew it again, it was the 2nd blow that caused the turn signals to light up solid, but not blink, performed the tests as demonstrated above and got the following read-outs.
Grey - tests @ 12.25V Black - tests @ 12.75 Green - continuity tests at: 01.1
I am still not sure if its the flasher relay that needs to be replaced or not - I am the original owner and just bought it like 4 weeks ago. I since then have a different fuse in it and it has not blown.
Any help would be appreciated. Nick
