I'm back! I hate working in the dark.
I got the reservoir refilled and heard this when moving the wheel. I'm thinking that the axle needs something replaced. It sounds like bearings with sand in it.
The Motor is a 157pmj and the wheels are 13 inches.

Sorry for taking so long to reply. I have been very busy at work. I'm not afraid of tools and have a basic idea of what an engine does but I don't have any real knowledge of how it is suppose to work. Think of the engine as a ball of yarn that a cat has finished playing with. In order to use the ball again, it needs to be untangled(fixed.) I know that it is suppose to be round like any ball and the yarn comes off when you pull. I don't know that all the loops that I'm untangling are how it's suppose to be and that if I was to keep them from collapsing out of order I can pull the ball apart easily. I am ordering the parts soon. How does wheel size effect what I need to get? I was unable to make a video of the Noise because the drain plug for the rear axle is missing. Once I get that replaced I make the video. [/img] In this pic would you guess that the belt was less than 2500 miles old? There was also a ton of rubber powder in the case when I opened it. Is there anything besides the variator and the clutch that can cause this?

I have a new EVO150 that is needing a replacement transmission, I think.
Since I got it 5 months/5,000 miles ago, I have never been able to get it up to full speed, tops out around 45. I can now feel the belt slipping.
Backstory I dropped it back in Aug and took it back to where I bought it and got it repaired. They got it working, but a month later the belt shredded itself. Took it back again and they put in a new belt and did something to the bearing in the clutch. Now the engine is racing sometimes at high speeds and the back tire sounds like a RC car.
I am tired of not knowing what is going on with the blasted bike. I'm wanting to replace the whole transmission assembly with quality parts and see if that makes a difference but don't know what to order because the VIN is mistyped.
HELP!!!!! ...please?
