AHHHHHHHH!! I'm going crazy over here. I recently upgraded my motor in my 2008 JMSTAR Stealth 150cc/157QMJ to Scrappy's 'GY6-200 complete performance engine/161QMK'. I have the engine sitting in the scoot, but I noticed a short coming from the ground wire on the harness closest to the stator plugs. I ordered a new wiring harness from Scrappy only to be disappointed that the 'Universal' was not so universal. I ordered a second wiring harness off ebay, matching my model of GY6 as best I could, only to be disappointed once again. I am mediocre at best with wiring issues. I can manufacture all the correct connections....if I knew which wires to connect together. I do have a difficult time with wiring diagrams, but I am not completely useless with them. The bottom line is, the male/female plugs do not line up and the wires are coordinated properly from the scooters electrical systems to the wiring harness. Does anyone know where I can get an EXACT MATCH for my scooters wiring harness or have a better solution for me to try? Thanks for the help!

Hey fellas, thank you all for the replies. I'll start from the top. I did try to contact Scrappy....just waiting for a reply back. I definately was not expecting to see the problems I did when I ordered the engine, but nonetheless....I need it to work. The spacer is not the problem and the pin length is exactly the same as the engine I just took out. The problem is the hub on the wheel is too small. I went to the local scooter shop here in Hawaii and they showed me a 13" wheel with a large hub. This is exactly what I need. The problem.....it was for a drum brake....not disc. Here on the island, parts are hard to come by because nearly all scooters are 50cc. So they are digging for me. The hub on my current wheel is 4 5/8" as indicated in the pictures above. I need a 12-13" wheel with a large hub (5.118") as shown by the graphic below. I have been searching high and low and they are difficult to find. Anybody know where I can get one? Finding them in stock is difficult. scooterparts4less.com/Moped_Web/YY150T_12_Rear_Rim.jpgThanks, Justin

Hey guys! I have a huge problem here. After some serious problem checking, I decided to just order the 200cc GY6 motor from Scrappy for my 2008 JMSTAR Stealth. The engine came today and everything looks perfect.......until we tried to fit the rear wheel back onto the axle. The wheel makes contact awkwardly with the case and we found the wheel to be too small for the wheel molding on the engine case itself. The diameter of the inner rim housing is 4 5/8" and housing on the engine is 5 1/4". Please see pictures. The rim is too small. Does anyone have a solution or know of where I can get a rim to fit this new engine. I have searched online to no avail. Thank you for the help!! The tire is a 4.00-12 and it is a longcase. s1271.photobucket.com/albums/jj628/jcshaw16/Rim/IMPORTANT: RESIZE YOUR PICS TO 640X480 and they will be much easier to read! Rich Thank you, Justin
