Alleyoop NO screw so am trying to tie off hose under the spring with a cable. If that doesn't work, will look for a tie or a twist tie. Now this wouldn't cause the scoot to start bad would it? that's a separate problem right? Thanks again!

Alleyoop thanks so much. i'll go down now to see if i can find a screw. I did feel around at the end of it but didn't feel any screw. as many screws on this vibrating machine, if the screw isn't there, I wonder if it just vibrated itself off. I am missing screws all over the bike!! Thanks Again for all your help on previous occasions too !!

Hiya from North Beach!!! Glad you're getting help. Do you know of anyone who works on scooters and in particular a 150cc CHiNEsE scoot? None of the shops will even look at my chinese bike. I've had it three years now and it's been dropped a few times but desperately needs an oil change and some other issues I haven't been able to resolve on my own. I've been talking to guys after seeing them while walking on the streets, but understandably none seem interested. Good luck on your bike!! Think I'll test that easily posting a pix feature I just read about elsewhere on the forum!!! WoW!! It appears to WORK!!! How coiol is that!??!!

Hello y'all!! Hoping everyone is enjoying the summer. Here in San Francisco it's foggy as usual! I have a 2013 Chinese scooter with various problems in the almost three I've had it. yeaaa, I know I know. Didn't research enough before purchase. A week ago I noticed the scooter wouldn't start up immediately. It'd finally crank after about 40secs of continuous start attempts. I thought the gas filter might be clogged so tried to research that till yesterday when it finally did start hard and slow, I noticed a gas leak on the left side. sometimes it leaks a lot abt 2 drips per minute. other times it drips a few and then it stops. it doesn't matter if key is in ignition or not. right now it's dripping nonstop. i've checked all the clamps and all seem to be tight. it fell by itself a week ago while gassing up. it has never leaked from anywhere on two previous drops, or at the gas station. i do not overfill my tank though i used to. any ideas anyone? thanks in advance for any assistance. will stay at the desktop till i get a repsonse since i am NO mechanic and have NO idea what to look for now that i have the covers off. am having problems loading this pix and the pix doesnt display here grrrr plus.google.com/photos/106558039864076309587/albums/6066065247928750353?authkey=CMHb94zq3eLSQgthis is the best i can do for the foto. it'll be the very LAST pix seen in my g+ page - thanks again

i've had problems with my turn indicators on my chinese 150cc scooter for over a year (have it now for abt a year and half). i just wish i had a multimeter so i could the tests. thanks for your detailed disgrams, time in getting this all written, typed and so easily described and explained for us people who when touching contacts/wiring, get that nice tingly feeling when i get back from my trip, i'll revisit and check out my scooter (yet again). thanks again
