A few days ago I had my plastics off to do a PDI. At the same time I changed my headlamp bulbs from the original dull ones to 50/50 HID's, and they work great! They fit right into the original sockets. So now I can drive at night with confidence.
The only problem is, now my turn indicators and emergency flasher don't work. The turn indicator lamps work ok with the alarm system, but not with the turn switch or the flasher switch. I replaced the flasher and, after waiting a couple of seconds, they worked for a few flashes, and then stopped. I never installed an HID kit... just changed the headlamps themselves. Does anybody have a clue as to what might be happening?! I have a 2008 yy250t 244cc. I love it!
