Just an update, I wired it to a switch near the console and only use it when I'm riding. Actually charges my iphone really fast.

I just put in a hd stroker crankshaft to help support my 100cc bbk and other upgrades. I have an A9 camshaft, 19mm carb and 50mm head. Since I put on the crank, I've been having what I can only describe as a heavy vibration. I can feel it through the seat and in my handlebar assembly. I have 6.5gram variator weights. I get to about 8000 during takeoff then it stays around there until 42 mph or so GPS verified. Any ideas or experience with a vibration like this? It is not my brakes, axle or axle bearings. Feels more engine related. Maybe it is normal with the new crank and bbk, but just wanted to get some feedback. Thanks!

Anyone have any ideas or pics of a phone mounted to a chinese scooter. There is no room on handlebars to use typical handlebar mounts. Looking for ideas. Pics would help too. Thanks!

I would only operate it when the scooter was running. Maybe have a cutoff switch in the line and wire directly to the battery.

I think a USB to charge an iphone only draws 1amp or so

Anyone have any experience or problems using a 12v cigarette outlet to power things like phone chargers or GPS units, etc?
