Hi, I have a 50cc Peace Sport like this

The scooter hardly to start up and wont idle. I already tried to valve adjustment, set 0.003 for intake and 0.004 for exhaust. Tried idle crew adjust but not help
. If the engine start up, it only idles for few minutes then shut off. After that, it just bog off and really hard to start.
I check the fire, spark plug. They are all OK
Any idea? Thanks
