No power at all when I turn on the key. I can jump the starter solenoid and it's starts up? I have lights and signals when it's running. Turn it off and nothing? Checked the fuses, all good. I replaced the starter solenoid, Same thing, it didn't fix the issue. Any suggestions?

So that means anything from the battery is dead, so you have to check the Fuse and or wire from the battery to the KEY SWITCH that wire will have a fuse in line. That wire feeds the Key switch 12v so when you turn it on it sends 12v to everything that needs it. Now checking the fuses don't just look at them you have to test to make sure juice is going from one end of the fuse to the other end of the fuse. Easy way and best thing to use for this is get a 12v LIGHT TESTER they are only a couple of bucks but they are indispensable for testing for voltage. Alleyoop

Fuses are good, no resistance on the volt meter. I did discover that the most forward fuse in the fuse block, yellow/brown wires, have about 1 ohm resistance?

Well here is the thing 12v goes to the KEY then when you turn it on it makes contact with the BLACK wire which then goes to the Fuse box. So you can either test the black wire going to the fuse box with the key on if nada then the problem is up the line by the key switch or before the key switch. If you have 12v at the box on the black wire then your problem is most likely the fuses in the box. The box on these things are not the best sometimes the contacts are pushed in and the fuses do not make good contact to send the juice onward. Alleyoop

Alley is on it as usual but if all the fuses are good I would think a bad termination of the wire itself that feeds the switch or even the switch bad

When you jump the solenoid you just make direct contact with the battery and it spins the starter as Alley said. Now...it starts and you have lights and signals. That means the charging system is working. It means your key switch is probably bad. And Cyborg is correct which means the end is neigh. Rich

Fixed it, bad fuse link in the ignition wire between the key and the battery. Thanks for all the tips.
