When you do take the CVT cover off take a picture of the CVT to see how the belt is sitting on the in the Variator and the Clutch pulley. If anything holding it back it would be that the belt is HIGH on the Variator OR the Clutch is not opening. Those two things would put a load on the motor and make it BOG. Alleyoop

That looks good, belt down in the variator and high in the clutch pulley, so I do not believe it has to do anything with the CVT. When you start it and it is idling is the wheel spinning and if it is, is it spinning fast. Alleyoop

When it idles its smooth. as soon as I try to turn the throttle the more I turn it it starts to stutter like its out of time again. watching both clutches.... they both spin when its running but dont move in or out. the big bell looking thing on the rear never turns but I can spin it by hand.

Ok it stutters as you open the throttle but now it starts and idle smooth. The belt should turn while idling and it is good that the wheel is not spinning. The Bell on the clutch should not be spinning. When it spins means the CLUTCH PADS have grabbed the BELL in the inside and that is when the BELL will spin and is when it will turn your wheel SO that appears to be all good. And yes the belt will be tight. So we are back to FUEL PROBLEM Have you tried to put a VIDEO up using this HOST: tinypic.com/index.phpAlleyoop
