Ok so maybe I am jumping the gun maybe I should do all at once, but I am in the process of doing some mods to my Propel Scooter, first thing I did was install the upgraded CDI, that is giving me issues when I do a cold start, I have to grind away at the starter for like 2 minutes in (30 second bursts I know not to continually grind these things) before it starts, after it starts it runs GREAT, I can tell the difference when I am riding it, but I think the 4 degrees of advance it is giving me is the reason for the cold hard start?? anyway I have the hotter coil to install yet as well as a new exhaust and I do have a different air cleaner, looks like a k&n velocity stack, and I also purchased a few Main Jets as I know with all these mods it would be running lean so I am going to change main jet as well. should I be worried about the cold start? after I get rid of the emission garbage, and add the rest of the parts maybe I will be good to go?? what do you guys think?? thanks

Ditch the CDI. No performance increase whatsoever. Same with the orange coils too. Stock ignition parts work fine except the stock plug. Change that.
