Cant get the best angle for a pic but is this angled to much into the carb. My scooter keeps bogging like it's not getting enough fuel sometimes. I've done everything suggested. Fuel is getting to it and petcock and filter are good. Just thinking maybe I need to get more fuel line and straighten it out from filter to carb. Thoughts?

It says I need permission to view the pix. You can change that in your settings for Google. Try closing off the air some at the inlet side of the carb. Just tape over part of the inlet hole or something like that. See how that affects things. In regards to the fuel line, it needs to run downwards with no loops in it but I would like to see it.

The hose isn't kinked so that should be OK. Usually bogging is too much air so try cutting the air down by covering part of the intake inlet and also check for vacuum leaks.

Also your fuel filter is backwards the bigger end goes toward the carb. Are you talking about the angle on the carb or what? If the tank is above the carb it is a gravity fed system and the hose from the tank to the carb or anything inbetween HAS TO BE GOING DOWN HILL no ups and downs on the fuel hose getting to the carb. Question. Did you change anything on the scoot like maybe put on a Free Flow Air Filter?
When does it bog starting off or at WIDE OPEN THROTTLE or MID-RANGE etc.. Alleyoop
