Just cleaned carb a few weeks ago. I'll clean it up again and see if that works.

Ok, now we are getting somewhere, did you put on a free flow exhaust or did you get a new carb or anything at all? How bad does it bog really bad or just a little? Also is your carbs Fuel Ratio Mixture screw plugged or available like this: Alleyoop

No free flow exhaust. Bought it on craigslist and carb looks new. It bogs most of the time at full throttle and then it acts like it catches up with itself (if that makes any sense). Sometimes it's worse than others. Some people have suggested up jetting. Also I don't see any vacuum line directly on carb. I have one straight from petcock and connects right behind carb. I'll upload a pic tomorrow

Does your carb have an ACV valve on the right side like this? If so you need a Vacuum line going to it. Alleyoop

It does not. Should I be getting a carb that does?

No that carb is fine, that is what usually come on 50cc motors. On the other side of the carb you should see the fuel ratio mixture screw turn it Counter Clockwise 1/2 turn and see if that helps the bog at wot. Alleyoop

Yeah I've done all that adjusted the carb every which way. Gonna clean carb and see what size jet I have and if it's for some reason clogged again!

OK LETS FIND OUT what it needs at WIDE OPEN THROTTLE:
Take it up to SPEED and WHEN IT ACTS UP BACK OFF THE THROTTLE A LITTLE about 1/8 to 1/4 of an INCH AND HOLD IT THERE. NOW PAY ATTENTION to what the motor does. a. DOES IT SPEED UP? b. DOES IT JUST SETTLES DOWN and runs good there? Alleyoop

Fixed my problem!! Cleaned carb again and adjusted the diaphragm needle and put the clip all the way down. NO BOG at all!!! Running better than ever and even has better/faster acceleration!! Don't think I even need to up jet. At this point it's running great so I'm not messing with it haha

When you put the clip down you raised the needle up. That pulls the needle out of the jet more and does what Alley suggested which is get more fuel in. That is what the larger jet would have done. The larger jet is technically the fix for these problems but Alley would tell you just as I would, if you think it's running well, don't mess with it. You might open a can of worms and make things worse.
