Tao Tao, despite the knock some people put on them, seems to be doing quite well. I just wish there was more engine development on Chinese scooters in general. For example, the Adly Thunder Bike 150 had a GY6 engine with a four valve head along with its sister product the Lambretta Uno 150. They are built in Taiwan with the same engine architecture as the Chinese except for the head and are faster and more reliable. Also Eton 150 Matrix and Beamer are the same boat except they use Taiwanese built GY6 two valve engines that haul. Paint is nice, Ponies are better.
