Need help with putting the last pieces back on the carb...how does this little white plastic thingie go in? With the hole side down? The spring on top?   |

Yeah man, the plastic white piece goes on top of the needle the way you have it on pic 2, but it needs to go further down. Check your needle if its positioned right. Then you put the spring on top of the white piece and close it
