Hey guys, I have a lot to fill you guys in on the Vespa and the Yamaha Jog Carb. It WILL START(TUNING/VAC ISSUES)...
ANYWAY - MY CURRENT ISSUE
I have this 150cc, GY6. It has 13inch wheels, and the front end is EXTREMELY "BOUNCY" at 30mph-60mph. I ordered a new, 130/60 R13 Kenda Tire, Looks great. However, when the wheel was on the bike, the old tire LOOKED EGG SHAPED...(Out Of Round) NOW, it doesn't seem so... Can you guys think of anything right off hand, that CAUSE bouncing??? I do realize that BALANCING may also be the issue, however, I have never had to balance ANY of my SCOOTER tires, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't need it... I HAVE NO, (Repeat) NO TIRE SHOPS within 39 miles... PAIN IN THE A$$!!!
I will be trying to either zip tie/PRY this tire off the rim manually :///
Thanks Guys!!!

Get your wheel off the ground and spin it till it stops a few times, you will then know if it needs balancing. If it does there are beads that you stick into the valve stem. Dyna Beads
EGG shaped sounds like the bead was not seated.

Thank you sir, I will be purchasing some of these beads. Great idea if I do say so myself! Do you happen to know how many ounces go into a 130/60 13"? THANKS!!!

It should say when you go to buy them or order them. Just be sure the tire is centered and not out of round. Spin it and watch that it goes round with out any run out. If it is not you can break the bead and relube it before airing it up. If you can not get it centered there is no hope to be able to use the tire. Balancing will not help for that. And the yellow dot goes next to the valve stem.
