I bought a 2012 150cc scooter last night and it runs fine atm but some parts are missing. Also there is a tube of some sort hanging off the side of the bike.

That is your carb drain tube. You will find a screw in the end that if you take it out the gas in the carb will run out. You need to do two things. Take that screw out, let the gas drain out, let everything dry, then use some locktite to make sure that screw doesn't come out while on a ride. Number two, attach that metal cylinder that the screw is in to a bolt on the CVT cover or any convenient place, it doesn't matter, just don't let it flop around down there. If that hose gets cut, or the screw falls out, your ride is over since all the gas will drain out of the carb. When you restart your bike after the repair, you'll need to crank in five second bursts until the bowl fills back up and then it will start. If you go to "air, fuel, and carb" in the Library there's extensive information on this and many other subjects.

Wow That's detailed thanks. I'll go check it out now. What about those 3 missing bolts over the top of the CVT cover?

It is your basic chinese 150cc ROKETA scooter limited edition superscooter. They give them different names and usually change the plastics a little every year and call them something else. Just google for roketa limited edition superscooter and you will get hits.
Yep that is it just little different plastics is all.

You just have a couple of bolts on the CVT cover missing but that is no big deal, you have several holding it on. On mine it takes 8 bolts I only put on the 4 middle ones to hold the CVT cover on two on top and two on the bottom. It is just a debri cover and for safety from the turning parts. But you can get the whole set of bolts from scrappy and put them all on if you want and you will have spares. Alleyoop

What does the title say as far as make? Also the serial number will indicate who put it together.
