Check the plug to see if it's loose,, it may have not been tight and it might be backing out

As far as someone messing with your ride,, it's happened before and will probably happen again,,, I've had my share of people messing with my rides,, it's maddening I know,,,had two beautiful hotrods stolen one I recovered the other was found stripped and ruined,,, bastards,,, lay a trap for them just don't kill them if you catch them,, that could be a drag

Check the plug to see if it's loose,, it may have not been tight and it might be backing out I'm contemplating removing the heat shield to get a clear view but I'm not sure if I should or not

can't seem to tighten my spark plug in all the way could it be that I have over tightened it? It seems to be slightly loose and not stop screwing in regardless of how many times I turn

I got a new cylinder head and the bike starts better and runs better but i still have piss poor gas millage. I get about 15mpg. I still have some air leaks to deal with but until then id like to know what is causing my low mileage.

WHAT 15mpg!! NA either someone is stealing your fuel or your dropping it, leaking from someplace. If that much fuel was going into your motor it would hardly run and probably not run.
Put up pictures of the CARB area and hoses please. Alleyoop

Yeah, Alley is 100% correct. If that much gas is being used you'd see some dripping or white smoke that smells like gas would be coming out of the exhaust. Have you seen white exhaust? Or....somebody is stealing it. There are very few scenarios with MPG like that.

I used to get white smoke before i changed the cylinder head. I dont recall the last time i saw white smoke and ive never seen gas leaking anywhere. I just drove 18 miles on a full tank and have less than quarter tank left.

Well then it is running rich as heck, do you notice lack of power? Because running really rich it will loose power. Alleyoop

there's no way the thing would run with that rich of a mixture,, Is the carb float needle good? Stuck open or the tip shot and not stopping flow?,,,, I find it hard to believe that it's even running,, that engine doesn't pump enough air to get that much fuel mixed so it'll burn
