Just for the record, Luke, since yamaha quit paying on the fuel pump recall, when yours fails bike bandit has a very good price on one for your morpheous scooter:
The retail is $266.99 and they will let you have it for $221.60 plus double price shipping since you have to pay for yamaha to ship to them and for them to ship to you!
Seems to me that's a pretty good reason to trailer that 250cc bathtub to starbucks so the parts last like they should.

omg, you definitely do not know and not particular with QUALITY...i pay for quality, i can even pay more than $300 for it because i know i paid for the best quality pump...not those el cheapo chinese pumps, after one month the diaphragm starts to shrink then it begins to sputter...as KZ stated on the other thread, he had a carb on one of his japanese motorcycle and it lasted 100k+ miles without being repaired or opened...that's a the japanese quality...and he had a blue chinese scooter which has a cracked crank case mount.
let's not mislead the newbies. they deserve a quality scoot. they have to get the best scoot for their hard earned money. do not buy those $800 shiny, colorful, attractive scoots online then eventually dump it in your garage because it quit running due to bad carb, crushed vbelt, stripped spark plug hole etc...and take note , they are brand new!!! OMG!!

If you are going to site me as a reference then attempt to use some measure of accuracy. I cracked a $50 cylinder head, not a crankcase.
And as you can hear on the video the scooter runs like a Swiss Watch. You, on the other hand, have a spare scooter that you keep because you're afraid your precious Garage Queen will wear out. Also keep in mind that my 50cc Chinese motorcycle is ten times better than a Japanese scooter. You and Magoo can't ride around the block without doing clutch work, my 50cc Chinese motorcycle hasn't needed any intervention in 5 years. I also don't need a trailer to carry my scooter to Starbuck's.

Oh this is just the lukenator giving everyone the news again,,,,for like the eight millionth time,,,,he has this thing about chinese scooters,,,and thinks that the japanese brands are all that,,,,,,it's really kind of silly,,,he refuses to acknowledge the fact that there are tens of thousands if not multimillions of china scoots racking up very serious miles,,easily in the millions worldwide,,,his particular machine was done as a design study,,,even yamaha has admitted this in some memos,,the fact that the unit had sluggish sales worldwide from very bold styling,, lackluster performance,,poor ergonomics,,poor mileage ,,has not detered luke from bashing every chinese bike and everyone who owns one,,,,and i've even admitted myself that he had a valid point like 7-10 years ago but that isn't the case now,,,geez they make bmw car engines in china now and ship them to germany,,,whats that tellin you?,,,,,,,he bashes KZ who has probably 200,000 ridin miles under his belt,,,a serious rider indeed,,and he has a 7 month season at best,,,jesus the guy was out ridin and it was 12 degrees out,,,,,,now thats a rider,,,and he has the chops to back it up too,,,,,, so hang on to your hat,,lukes sites will be on you too ,,,lol

Here's the BMW factory in China.
And here is the factory your Gorilla was built in Jim.
Notice how clean, well run and the lack of cheap materials are involved.

you don't seem to know the difference between "Assembled by" and "Manufactured by"
that video only shows how to assemble cars and scooters etc,,of course I too am impressed with their facility, but the thing is they are assemble-ing poor quality materials,, i want to see how they manufacture parts for chinese scooters and cars,, from melting the metal up to molding of spare parts...and we will see what kind of materials they use to manufacture these el cheapo chinese scoots, so we will have answers to our questions as to why they keep on breaking., i dare you post a video of manufacturing of parts...see that is what KZ is hiding from us.

If their quality is so bad why does luke think BMW would have them build their engines? Maybe to get back at the USA for busting their arse in WWII?

Here you go Luke. Ask yourself, "If I knew what I was talking about would I buy a scooter from a country who's been manufacturing for 7,000 years like China or 100 years like Japan. As a "Real" rider I take China. Someday when you start riding you will too.

He beats the thing for three years and a fuel line gets knocked off or broken and you blame the atv? Nice try. I read the comments. There was nothing bad there. Now you know what your Morph will look like when the fuel pump seal fails. Bring marshmallows. Plus there's this.
Hi nightfox1965. Yes i would recommend it. i had some problems but the spareparts are cheap and it´s easy to fix yourself with basic tools. The price whas so good that i couldn´t resist to buy it. I gave 54.000 SEK but it whas a demo machine
Let's see. He recommends it and he's Swedish. Easy to fix. The parts are cheap and it was a demo. Hmmmmm. Let's see. Who's word would you take? A European who understands how things work, or China Hater who rides a....a... Nevermind.

And I see another Morphous problem rearing its ugly head. Didn't we hear of this already on this overweight bike?
