Hey guys, sorry it took so long to update you guys, I have A LOT of projects going on. I finally got the new Crankshaft in and got the old one with old seals out. I just put the new seals in, greased bearings, All New gaskets and checked the valves on the way out. I must say the Compression is Awesome, it sounds REALLY strong. So glad to have this old crank out(BAD ROD BEARING). I found A LOT of trash in the case, got it all cleaned out and pieces scrapped for new gaskets. NOW, ALL I HAVE TO DO(LOL!) is get the engine back in the bike!!!!
I Will post the pics of the whole thing, SOON!!!

Sounds good Mikey, we'd love to see the pix. Still laughing hysterically I see. I found a picture of you online with one of your projects. Gee Mickey, you're not laughing as you're ready to drop the hammer:

Can anyone imagine when the guy with the aircraft engine opens the throttle the bike is more than likely going to twist over on its side from the torque!

It looks like the old style Aircraft Radial Engines with Counter Balancers installed. These things lifted massive planes off the tarmac, it's going to send that bike like it was strapped to a Saturn V.
I'm trying to imagine the transmission on that thing... It's going to be made of tungsten and titanium or its going to be in little pieces all over the road.

BTW guys, I thought it was a good idea to mark your timing chain where it meets the Cam, and where it returns, back to the Crank, I know the holes in the cam line up with the Jug, but just a good idea. Got both seals out pretty easily, but the STARTER GEAR, on the Veriator side, was a B!TCH to get off, 2 ton/ 3 jaw puller! Another one down!!!
