When you give it gas, the tire doesn't spin at all or its struggling to spin? Your brake pads could be stuck down on the tire, possibly.

It struggles moving but the rod that you put the tire on spins

Take the CVT cover off the problem appears to be in the CVT. Take the CVT cover off and start it up and VIDEO how the CVT is working when you give it some gas. Alleyoop

Could be the axle nut on the right side too. The wheel might be outside of the axle splines.

Everything was working when I did that we found out it wasn't that the problem is on the side were you put the tire on.. Did you guys take the tire off or something? If so you may not have put the spacers in right order. How about some pictures BRO, we do not know what the heck you people did to that scoot to make this happen. So if you can tell us what you folks changed or added or took off or put on that would help and maybe point you in the right direction. Alleyoop

I still think the axle nut could be loose. That is on the wheel side. What do you think Alley?

The rear axle nut must be tight and it should be checked everytime you think about it. I use blue loctite and do not turn the nut after using the loctite. That will defeat the loctite and it will come loose again. I move the wheel/tire left to right to check for movement.
