I need to replace the seals on my front forks but can't seem to find new seals I've looked on ebay and some of the suppliers the scooter is a 2008 Baji sc 150 w/front disc.brakes also no one can tell me how much fork oil it takes, all they say is measure the amount that comes out when you empty the fork but if the seals are leaking that won't be the true amount.and no one can tell me what weight fork oil to use.I'm stumped I hope someone out there has come across this problem before and can help thanks in advance.

You put in about a pint and a half of oil to 2 pints, depending on the size of the fork. The oil should come up to the halfway mark inside before you put the cartridge back in.
The weight of oil you need depends on how hard you want the forks. 5 weight will give you a nice soft fork action. 10 weight will make it nice and still. I like to mix them 50/50 and make some 7.5 weight. It gives a nice medium amount of stiffness without being too much one way or the other.
And it's easier to replace the forks with new than it is to rebuild them on a scooter. If you have a picture of your bike, I can find your forks for you.
