I found out this morning that the Stella is a better cold weather riding machine,,,, rode my dr in today and with no leg shield and it makes a huge difference,,,

Another chilli ride,,,31* i'll let you do the math about wind chill at 50-55mph,,,fingers got a little cold but all in all not too bad,,,,i'll switch out gloves this afternoon so that won't be an issue tomorrow morning,,,and it's supposed to be in the mid 70's early next week ,,with a warming trend starting today,,,,YIPPIE!!!! so next week will be clear sailing

I have to break down and get a windshield,,, it's just too damned cold without it,,,, the actual pininfarina designed one ( the one that looks the best) is crazy talk money,,,,,of course,,, and the lesser cost ones are two steps away from a chunk of plywood bolted to the front ,,,,geez

Found a supplier for a good hi quality lookalike pininfarina designed windshield that covers the hands too,,, there may be hope for the Stella windscreen afterall,,, now if I factor in the hours on the net to find it ,, even at a buck an hour the damned thing will still cost $500

Me I find that if it is cold enough for me to want a windshield I am riding the wrong machine...time to get in the malibu and turn up the heat!
