Oh you already have feeler gauges I took your previous post as not having any and where looking for some other way to gap them..LOL oh well. Yours is a 50cc so do .003 inchs on the intake and .004 on the exhaust or do BOTH to .003 inchs. Alleyoop Damn! The valves were perfect the entire time. I even had my my father help me with them and he said they are perfect. No why the hell won't this thing start? Once again... today it tried to start.. I heard the exhaust about to grab and then it died. I'll try to get it started and regulate the fuel again. My dad thinks it's getting too much fuel not enough air.

Ok let's check if it is to much fuel or not enough. Crank it trying to start it and THEN take the spark plug out.
If it is WET to much fuel or Weak or no spark. If it is DRY not enough fuel. Alleyoop

Alleyoop Here is a pic.. i.imgur.com/jj8bGznh.jpgI found the issue... it was a weak battery. I was charging the battery while cranking and it started right up, I will go out and buy a new battery today. Thanks for all the help, I still need to do the fuel thing and the idle thing though.

You mean you start it and you go to take off and you open throttle? How much throttle do you give it? If you crank it wide open and it hesitates needs a litte more fuel Turn the Fuel mixture screw about 1/2 turn counter clockwise. It it gets worse with that sitting then turn it back 1/2 turn plus 1/4 more. Alleyoop

I am saying it hesitates when starting... like it takes a while to start it, then every time after that, it starts fine.

No. From the picture you recently posted, your plug looks like it is running way to rich. The good example posted by rks was caramel colored. Yours was almost black.

That is not hesitating that is called hard starting. And hard starting can be caused by a weak battery not able to turn the motor over fast enough, carb not adjusted right, fouled plug etc.. Alleyoop
