That's normal to go CCW and have it be difficult and then easy. It's like being married...you have...oh well, that's another forum. Anyway, that's the compression stroke that makes it difficult. Did you check the oil level with the dipstick like Cyberg suggested? The engine slowed with the bike? That may mean it's an engine problem. Of course oil in the CVT case is a very bad thing for belt function.

If there is OIL in the CVT cover this would be the suspect another suspect would be the Chain Tensioner bolt holder which is to the right of it.

Well if it is dry then not a problem. Is the belt dry and not have oil on it then it is not a problem with leaking oil in the cvt. But you do want to clean it out so you can see the shiny metal behind it. What happens is with the heat it creates as the belt wears and heats up it sort of melts the rubber part of the belt and it sticks to the inside of the cover and the back cover. So clean it out before you go and put it back on get a roll of paper towels and wipe that stuff out.
So NOW check the OIL LEVEL in the Crank Case. Do you know how to do that? If oil level is good put the cover back on and ON THE CENTER STAND see if it will start the rear wheel turns when giving some throttle.

Yes the dipstick when you screw it out wipe it off and then just stick it back in do not screw it in and pull it out. Oil should be seen on the XXXXXXXX's if oil is on the XXXXXX's your good. If no oil is present on the XXXXX's then you need to add some oil to cover at least half of the xxxxx's when you stick it in without screwing it on.

I would show you how to start it with the COVER OFF but you need 3 hands so you would need a bud to help and have some GUTS to boot..

Here is how to start it with the COVER off you have to hold the BENDIX straight and just hold it pushing it in and nice and level. AND I MIGHT ADD THAT IS A WOMAN THE MOTHER OF THE KIDS SCOOTS HOLDING THE BENDIX..

I think my gas got into my oil.. the oil stop by the muffler is over filled.. all the way to the screw hole. And it smells like gas, shall I drain it and fill in new oil?

YES, drain it and fill with new oil. That could be why it slowed down on you the oil is to dilluted and it got to hot and got a soft seize we hope and did not do internal damage to the motor. Alleyoop

Wait a minute What makes you think the motor is shot? Does it turn over have you checked compression if it turns over and has compression then it is still alive.
To check compression without a gauge take the spark plug out and stick you finger in the hole and hold it nice and snuge then HOLD THE THROTTLE WIDE OPEN and crank it over. IF IT LIFTS your finger off the hole it has descent compression if you just feel a little pressure then it has low compression. And 7K miles is really not a lot the motors on these scoots usually fully break in around 2K.

It went like 5 miles per hour at the most, maybe 3 mph.

Starting it, does it start easy and does it idle nice. On the Center stand does the motor REV UP? Can you get a VIDEO of it running and you revving it up on the center stand. Want to HEAR the motor and see the rear wheel rotating

If the motor sounds good and it runs good It may be the Variator hanging open and not closing that would give you MOTOR REVS but no mph. In the 7K miles it has have you every changed the weights and plastic guides in the Variator. So if the motor sounds good and it revs then THE next thing to do is TAKE the Variator off and inspect the weights and guides and it may be all that is wrong with it. Alleyoop
