There's probably going to be another majesty on craigs list around here in the near future for real cheap. Mine just started blowing oil out, again. Still runs ok though. Will probably sell it for junk. There isn't a way in this world I am going inside that engine again. Crank case vents in the left air filter and is liberally dripping oil when I cleaned the air filters this weekend. In 2012 I tore it down and had the cyl bored and put in new over sized piston and rings. Oil pump was working at that time. It took almost 2 months to get all the parts to complete the job! A majesty is fine as long as it works and is a POS other wise. I am going back to a motorcycle. john

Wow, i wish I saw these kinds of deals. By me in the NYC metropolitan area they sell well used chinese scoots for more than you could buy them new!!

I'm pretty sure that he knew what he meant to say, and pretty sure he said it wrong..

Just searching for scooters here is a trip in itself. They will be hidden in with all kinds of stuff. From toys to trucks and always in cities some distance away. And yes the price is always nice.  |

The Green Bay scoot is excellent. So, I updated my avatar. I work in a graphics design shop, so occasionally I "vinyl" my 250..
Yeah, it's hard sometimes to tell if the sellers with the stupid high prices are trying to scam, or they just feel that their bike is worth more than the new in crate price because they've broken them in for you.. Happy riding....

Know what kind of bothers me about the Fly 150cc ad? Easily seats 2 or 3. High mileage 2000mi. I don't see many 150 or 250cc scooters come up on craigslist in Las Vegas, so I don't know how regional the prices are for those, but we do have lots of 50cc's listed, and most owners seem to want close to new prices, sometimes more, sometimes just a little less.

In my area of Wisconsin the 49 to 150cc go fairly high and the 200 to 300cc prices drop a lot. The Honda and Suzukis go near original prices. Or at least that is what is asked. We don't see many Italians.
Why 2,000 mile is high I will never understand. Even my snowmobile got twice that in the three months they were on the trails and they got beaten often.
