Right from the crate the rear brake drum seems to be out of round. Adjusted correctly is pulses like out of round and will drag. I backed way off on the adj, to maybe break it in, ( I use mostly front brake anyhow). Anyone have this issue. The only fix i see is to try to have someone turn it to true, but then I'm afraid to get there maybe past min. Thoughts?

You can check it yourself by taping a marker to the fork, placed so the tip just touches the rotor. If it's out of round, the line will have varying thickness or dissappear in spots.

This is Rear Brake Drum, not Front Rotor

You might take the rear wheel off and inspect the inside of the drum, and another thing it is possible that it has some foriegn sub on the inside. I would also check the wheel, scooter on the center stand by spinning it by hand watching different points for out of round and side wobble.
