Get a 12 guage wire and run it straight from the battery to the plug. Hit the starter and tap the wire to the battery. If it tries to start then you know that you have a bad something between those two points.

Engine ground may be compromised or the pickup coil for the ignition may have gone bad

tomtom, Guitarman, davec, tvnacman, cyborg, AlleyoopI am getting some different issues now that she is running, I think the bike was sitting for some time before I bought it. After it has been running for a while , lets say once it warms up she runs rough at times, feels to me like it goes lean and is starving for gas, To the point that it will stall, and after it sits a short while, 1 minute, it starts and runs fine.

Either your fuel tank needs to be vented, or your valves need adjusting, or both. Maybe you should find and perform a complete PDI on this scoot, if you don't, thiese kind of things are going to keep popping up every week.

You might have crud in the tank also and it builds up in the carb and blocks the fuel. Clean your tank, lines and carbs.
