See me to. But shouldn't the exhaust have a larger hollow. I reinstalled wiyh the in facing down. Havent finished yet. Hell if it screws it up ill just by another. Unless you know its goin to mess it up then I won't...ally? No. Intake Valves are Larger than Exhaust Valves the Valve Pockets on the Pistn matches those Dia. "In"=Intake

Ok we put a glow probe on the cdi and the magnito and weren't getting more then 4 volts when cranking. Also we put 12volts to Iit and still no start. Could that be the stator or something like that?. I am tryin to upliad a vid on youtube its still pending. Ill post here when it goes throu

Here is a good real live picture of a piston in the jug. And the bigger indentation is on top for the INTAKE, the smaller indentation on the bottom for the EXHAUST. Alleyoop

Ok cool yea I put the in up just cuz it made more sense. We still couldn't get started.even sprayin carb cleaner into the intake on carb it just turns and turns. My brother thinks its not getting strong enough spark to start and or keep it running. So imma get a new stator and coil and cdi. Sigh oh yea and the puller tool aswell....am I missing anything? Lol

Yea I did didn't want to strip it out cuz aluminum is just so darn soft. But I I was thinking the same thing that air still getting in. Ok so that's all she will do just turns and turns. With very low voltage everywhere like not above 4. Also very weak spark. Am I going in the right direction by getting a new stator and coil?
IFits leaking anywhere I think its the manifold cuz I don't feel like its good and tight I need new bolts for it guess ilI hit amazon up. Also is it a pretty good bet I have an eigjt pole stator and not a six?

Also are you sure it is timed ok? If your off a link in any direction that is about 10 degrees which is a lot. If your not sure take a picture of the CAM SPROCKET aligned and a picture of the case pointer and where it is pointing on the flywheel. Alleyoop
