Well put a new stator in and an orange AC cdi. New spark plug...and I'm getting good spark again but still sounds just like the vid like its trying to start but won't fully roll over. I'm just lost any ideas were I can find a 2007 150cc. ..tpgs 804 Dash...by peace sport, wire harness. Also to make this easier my number is 5409223763.

Just checking but as the cam and timing is set like that did you check the VALVE GAPS? They should be both set to .004 inchs. Alleyoop  |

Ok I need to readjust the valves. I couldn't even get a .003 in the intake

At Tdc can I set intake and exhaust. Or just intake then close intake and set exhaust? Is one way easier then the other?

When at TDC and the CAM is aligned you can set BOTH of them the rockers should be OFF the high lobes of the cam and you should be able to at least wiggle the rockers with your fingers.
Great if they where to tight the valves will not close and seal and the motor will loose compression and will be very hard to start. Also once started and as the motor heats up it will make it worse due to the metal expanding. It will cause the motor to die and you will need to wait till it cools off some to maybe be able to restart the motor.
