The orange wire is giving me 14 volts in ac

That is with the charger connected right? If it is getting power then the problem is one of the following.
1. Bad CDI(no output to Wire going to the COIL)
2. Bad Pickup coil(not telling the CDI to release the voltage to the COIL)
3. Bad Coil
4. Bad BOOT CAP
5. Bad Plug

No charger connected... And the wires im talking about are the ones going into the cdi.. I unplugged the cdi and testedbthe orage wire witch should be the 12+ and then the blue with the yellow stripe that comes from the stator

Ill hook up the cdi again and test the wire where the coil is.. But its a brand new coil so i know its not the coil

Ok if it is a DC CDI then the orange wire is NOT THE POWER TO THE CDI(that is AC). IT would be a BLACK WIRE that would carry 12volts DC to the CDI. So the wires on the CDI are not correct.

In the 2 plug theres that orange wire and blue and yellow that come from the stator

The four plug had the black wire and the igntion coil wire

Trace the Black wire see where it is coming from.

I wouldn't even know how to trace it with out taking all that tape and stuff on the harness off

If that is correct then you know it is the CDI, trigger or coil or plug that is the problem.
So if it is a DC CDI the orange CANNOT get 12volts without a battery right. And you are saying it is getting voltage which would be AC.

The coil and plug is brand new... And im not sure the trigger is

This type will run with out a battery but it is dc i been told that a million times

Just what I have been saying it is a DC CDI and requires a battery. What are you trying to say anyway. GET A DAMN Battery it is a DC CDI and it requires 12volts period. That guy on 49scoot got it started using the charger and then he got a battery .
