Ooh ok ... And since its 2 stroke i can plug up the hoses from the oil pump and just mix it stright in the gas tank?

Yes, get a air filter so it cuts off some air then you can tune it using that AIR RATIO SCREW. As for the Oil Pump If it is working I would leave it alone they usually do not go bad. But if you want you can plug it up at the carb and any vaccum going to the pump as well and MIX the oil with the gas. But remember you will always have to carry some 2 stroke oil so when you fill up at a gas station you have to add the oil. AND YOU ADD the OIL FIRST then add the gas that way it mixes it. If you fill up then add the oil the oil will not be mixed.

The part thats connected to the throttle is loose so when u hit the throttle it doesnt move it

So right now it is not getting oil SO you better plug it up and mix. Don't run it like that without oil otherwise your motor will seize.

I think the person before me did that nd blew a gasket... Thats why u see the red rtv gasket maker there

A cone filter should work just fine right? I know it works on the Chinese scoots fine

Yes any air filter will help cut some air off.

I noticed having the air fuel all the way in helps it run a bit better still bogs a little at wot .. Wont stay on at idle tho

Where there is a will there is a way but it worked putting on some kind of filter to take some air away. BUT use a piece of wire or zip tie the rubber band is going to break due to the heat. Alleyoop
