Just installed a 80cc BBK on my 50cc scooter it turns over good but will not start. I checked the spark and I can feel compression with my finger. I know gas is getting into the carb but not sure it's getting to the engine.

Did you set your valve lash?
Did you try unscrewing your air/fuel mixture 1-2 more turns out?
A bbk uses more air and fuel, so you need to adjust the carb accordingly.

Lets find out if its a fuel problem or spark problem. Crank it trying to start it then STOP and TAKE THE SPARK PLUG OUT. 1. IF THE PLUG IS WET FROM FUEL NO SPARK. a. Make sure you have a GROUND WIRE from the VALVE COVER TO THE FRAME. Since you took it apart you may have forgotten to attach the motor to frame ground wire. b. Make sure your killswitch is on the RUN POSITION. c. Some have a killswitch on the side stand MAKE sure the side stand is up.
2. IF THE PLUG IS DRY then you have a FUEL DELIVERY PROBLEM.
Get back with the plug test results are. Alleyoop
