Gas prices are on the rise. The $1.32 is now $1.56....edit:$1.59!... and most around here are more. That and the weather might bring more riders out. I was out yesterday for a bit and probably will be today as well.

Good grief, you lot have got it easy. Petrol prices in the UK are equivalent to $6.22 a gallon at the moment and we`re counting ourselves lucky. Lowest they`ve been here for nearly 10 years, at one point they were at $8.48 a gallon.

California is not so lucky,,, the lowest I've seen personally is $2.35

Here east TN still 1.39 and holding. Hey rob63 is the reason yours is a lot higher because you pay heath care with the extra money?

It's not been below $1.69 here in northern Wisconsin. But, yesterday I did see a guy out on a Harley dresser. No scooters yet due to salt and dirt.

Just got back from a ride. Its really nice out, must have been 75 out, its still 72. 65.4 miles and 1.017 gallons of crapahol. Not all that bad considering it is geared low with a 13 tooth primary sprocket and I was running 60 most of the time. Don't know why some of the 8,000 and what ever members here ain't out riding too.

Yep that`s something to do with it bud, over 60% is tax on fuel but then we pay tax on everything. A pack of 20 cigarettes is the equivalent to just under $10

Hear the health care cost anywhere for a family of 4, 400.00 to 600.00 dollars a month I think your way is better. After all if you cut down a little on driving you still have your care but if you cut back on payment they drop you can't win with the insurance company's

You make a good point bud, unfortunately our health service is on the point of collapse despite the 95 billion pumped into it per year. It`s one of the most mismanaged government organisations we have got.
