To verify that there is a problem with the GROUND wire from the SWITCH TO THE SOLENOID: Do the following 1. Key On 2. Tape the break on stop light should light 3. The Green/Yellow wire going into the SOLENOID should have voltage. 4. Probe the RED/YELLOW ground wire right at the SOLENOID and MANUALLY GROUND it. 5. Starter should spin. If above works THEN the RED/YELLOW(PUSH BUTTON GROUND WIRE) is good and YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS THE OTHER WIRE GOING TO THE PUSH BUTTON THAT IS NOT GROUNDED becaue you checked continuity on the RED/YELLOW wire going to the solenoid and it was good. So I bet the switch will work if you trace the other wire and make sure it is grounded or yo can just leave that alone and get your own wire and hook it up and ground it yourself. I assumed the other wire is grounded but I bet it is not. CLICK TO SEE WHAT I WROTE:

Okay. Just got back from a day and a half being a Chauffeur Thanks, Alleyoop, I did find voltage at the green/yellow, also I grounded the red/yellow at that point and it did spin the solenoid, Nice!

Ok you know what I think I think the other wire going to the START BUTTON IS NOT GROUNDED I assumed that it was but it makes no since that your TOGGLE and the SWITCH did not work.
SO trace the other wire going to the PUSH BUTTON and I bet it is broke or disconnected or grounded to some rusted part . Because if you just connect the RED/YELLOW wire to the toggle switch AND TOUCH BOTH it to the frame it will spin the starter.

I Have tried hotwiring again too and no solenoid by touching the wires. I do need to go to the store this eve. Should I oughtta buy some wire in case I should run a bypass ? somewhere from 14- 18 gauge?

YES, get some wire, I beleive the bad wire is the OTHER WIRE GOING TO THE START BUTTIN the RED/YELLOW is good. Try a quick test hook the RED/YELLOW to the toggle switch and THEN TOUCH the TERMINAL with the wire to the frame turn jey on squeeZe the brake and it should spin the starter .

YES. When I touch the red/yellow wire to ground, the solenoid activates. So, our green/yellow ground circuit is broken somewhere. I'll have a look now to see if I can spot it. Could it be bad in the kill switch? The ground contact in it ?

FANTASTIC!! Trace the other wire and find the break and or bad connection. If need be you can just rewire the other therminal to ground yourselve but we GOTS it

Ok, Yes, the switch is good. Hooked up the red/yellow to switch and jumped the other terminal to ground with my meter probe pushed the switch and and the solenoid activated.

In the event that I wire a new ground to it, I can just ground to frame at a good spot, yes?
