Not much information you gave any of us but only 2,000 miles and if it runs 300.00 bucks isn't a bad deal does he have a title? if so go for it.

No title. No keys. Which is pretty sketchy. He says it's a Hyosung. Which I doubt it is. I'm hoping to go see it tomorrow night. Thabks.

No title walk away if a cop happens to stop you they will take the scoot and you will have to prove you did not steal it. Also no keys and it has 16inch wheels, parts are rare for those and that looks like it has some age to it which makes it worse.
What is it a 50cc, 150cc, 250cc etc.. AND WHAT YEAR?

Well the police friends can look all they want but if it's a 150 or 250 you will need to register it and license it and police friends cannot help you there.
