Ok. The belt I ordered from China came. It's a 945-22.5. The other one was a 920-22.5-30 I think. Here's a video. Wrong size or installed wrong? Thanks.

So that clutch and variator won’t fit my Reflex. I ordered the proper OEM belt. Dealership wanted $150. I opted for an eBay one. Once it gets here. I’ll give that a try. I’ll set my GoPro up so I can see what’s happening when I drive as well. I believe Forza parts will fit my Reflex. So if the belt breaks again. Then I’ll do the whole CVT. Thanks.

Looks like I spoke too soon. Got 3.9kms into my ride to work. Bam. I either broke the new belt, it jumped off, or a clutch issue. I won't know until the cover is off. Thanks.

Got it all back together. Running great. I took a closer look at the clutch. Someone else had done some work on it. The big spring is blue, the 3 little ones are yellow. Thanks.

Ok. Glad the belt is the right size. Are 250cc clutches the same size as 150cc? Also I took a pic of the pads. Ain't much there. Thanks.  |

I'm really really really hoping someone can help me. I've owned several sizes of scooters. I have a 2007 Reflex. I just blew the CVT belt a couple weeks ago (other thread). I ordered a belt from eBay, 906-22.5-30. My options in Canada were limited. It finally came today. Is that the correct size? When I installed it, I pushed it down into the clutch spring. Is that wrong? Bike won't start. It really struggle. Please help. Thanks.

Does anyone know the exact belt size? Is it 906 22.5-30? I'm seeing different sizes and the book doesn't say. Thanks.

So scooter has been a tad sluggish lately. Then today I was coming home. Doing about 110km/h, and wham. Scooter jumped, I was thrown forward and nearly off. Then no power. Blew a belt. I got open. This belt lasted 30,000kms. I have 78,000kms on it now. What else should I look at? Rollers? CAA helped me get home. Thanks  . |

That is a very clean plug for 77,000 miles in any engine. I don't think there's 77,000 on that plug. Just wanted to make sure it's not running to rich or lean. Plus they didn't have the right plug in there. Next is to pull and clean the carb. Thanks. |
