The button on the left resets the trip mileage to zero, what does the one on the right do? I've been pushing that since I got it and haven't figured it out yet.

Maybe it has a maintenance idiot light that will come on and that would reset it. Maybe Jim from RapidRepair would know and or could find out. Alleyoop

On my Trike same hours and minutes, but his does not have a Time and Date Display so it has to be some kind of IDIOT light thing.

Afternoon crwford, Yep, my clock is the same way. My clock is on the left side of the trike, the trip meter is on the right side. And the right button on that just don't seem to do anything. I even covered that side and me with a blanket to make it dark under the blanket to see if it was a light, nope. I think Ice Bear just had a extra button they wanted to put some where. But hay,,,, it looks good there.

Is it easy to see if it's wired and where the wires go to?

Afternoon richardv, "Is it easy to see if it's wired and where the wires go to?" No, it's a trike, I gotta take 5 side panels off just to adjust the mirror. (just kidding)

I'm not familiar with them scooters yet. Most of my motorcycle had there wiring out in the open. Even the '98 Honda Magna had unusually simple wiring. The only one that was easier was the '47 Harley with magneto ignition. It's probably part of a printed circuit board anyway.

Reminds me of a funny story. When we had the dealership, we got a phone call,my partner Mike answers the phone on speaker phone, and some guy just shouts " What's the red button do?"
No hello, no this is so-and-so, no identification of any kind, just "What's the red button do!!!"
Mike doesn't miss a beat and shouts back. " I duuno....but what ever you do...Don't push it!!!" and hangs up.

it will start the count down to self destruct, press again to cancel. You better leave it alone now that you have been lucky.
