Looking at this one. Is it worth it. Here's the ad info. "Great condition 250cc Honda Reflex. Completely serviced with new back tire, new brakes, new starter motor and new drive belt. Comes complete with Kuryakin soft luggage and Shad hard case luggage. Battery only one year old. User manual included. Fantastic gas mileage. Located in Byron area of London Asking $ 1,000" Is that too high for an engine? 70,000kms is about 43,000miles. Thanks. Mike

Reflex are hard to come by they are a rare breed, so if in good shape and looks like it has not been layed down then drive it and get it up there in the 60mph range to make sure it handles good. Most people just take it around the block at 30-40mph but test it out at high speeds that is when things might show up, vibrations, won't take throttle, heats up etc..

I'm going to look at it Friday. I know the shop where he's had all work done. Plus he has the receipts. So fingers crossed that it's all good. Thanks.

I'm a newbie to these little scooters, but for me 43,000 on a little 250cc sounds like a lot, but that's a nice looking scooter. I paid $1300 for a chinese copy of the Honda Helix, 2005 with 2100 showing on the odometer. I've put 400 trouble free miles, runs great. Good luck!

Ok. So I went and looked at the scoot this morning. First off what a beauty. The scoot wouldn't start. April the starter was just replaced. So the shop is fixing that and giving it the once over. The scoot is in really good shape. It's never been dropped or fallen that I can see. The case on the back was just added last year. I plan on getting it. Hoping to have it early next week. I can't wait to put some more miles on it. It'll be a nice step up from my 150cc. Thanks.

Good for you, you will love it they run really well, the motors are not your clone motors and last a very long time. Alleyoop

Ok. So here's an update. I'm still waiting to get the scoot. I talked to the seller last week. The shop says it's not the starter. So know they're going through all the electrical. So I sit here waiting patiently. Thanks.
