I have the 157qmj trike model I see the drain but not the fill hole .....is it different?

Yes the drain hole and fill hole are not the same. There has to be a fill hole higher look above and on other side of gear box it got to be there.

Up on top on other side near the reverse mechanism the is a threaded rod with a nut on it I wonder if that's it ? Its on a level part of case right on top I would have to use 2 full bottles to get there .....alleyoop what u think

Here is the FILL HOLE and you have to take the SPROCKET off to get at it



But Do not use it use the TRANNY VENT HOSE to fill it Get an OIL CAN it only takes 8 oz's.

WOW! Just yesterday I was in Wally World and went to garden to buy charcoal. One of those was hanging there and the first thing I thought of was for the scooter when I get to have one. I have one ounce syringes for smaller jobs but this look like something I may need.

Wow what a wonderful spot to put a fill hole ...LOL guess ill be taking advice and filling through the vent line instead ....the whole thing only holds 8 ozs then?

Yes, it is a splash system, the case has a small hole so that some oil goes into the Reverse and forward casing as well.

But a total of 8 ozs all together in the vent tube and nothing else right

Yes, just 8oz if you overfill it as it builds up pressure it squirts out of the vent tube.
