Hopefully by identifying the scooter I can finds parts to fix it. The story is the following I traded this non running scooter via craigslist. It has a title and all but won't start. The owner said that's the only thing wrong with it. It's green and says Agility on the side along with YY50QT-6. Got it home and it had no battery... I bought a new one. Also got a new plug for it. Put in fresh gas after draining old stuff out and replaced plug. The starter button don't work... (Need new). Kill switch is big ? I tested the spark plug lead and it seems ok with continuity thru it. Starter motor is ok, it cranks when I short the poles on the solenoid. Choke might be bad.... And the stator Can't even get the darn metal spinning thing off.. (Need to buy puller... And stator but what kind 5 or 8 pole 4 or 5 lead). And then there is the mystery box CDI. Get a soured up one to make scooter have the oomph to haul my big butt around. I guess it all starts by identifying the beast.. Adding some photos to help. Also if there are anyone really bored and knowledgable on MN/WI border along I-94 to give me a hand.?..

www.jonway.com/Agility-F.htmlYours is the 4 stroke version parts are very common so you will not have a problem finding parts for it. The motor type itched into the side of the crankcase by the sidestand will be either a 1P39QMB or 139QMB. So for parts you google by using the motor type. But like I said parts everyone will have them for that scooter. First thing is to test for SPARK, hold the plug on the VALVE COVER and crank it over and see if it SPARKS. Make sure there is a GROUND WIRE from the motor to the frame. The best place to put a MOTOR GROUND wire is on one of the VALVE COVER BOLTS then to the frame. With out a ground wire on the motor to the frame or bad ground the plug will not spark. When you squeeze the brakes (either one left or right) do the brake lights come on ?

This helped a lot! Thank you so much. I suddenly find myself with a lot of time and not much $$ (got canned). So I'll have a bunch of time trying to fix the scoot and look for cheap parts.
I pulled the stator/magneto metal cover thing and found out I have a 8pole 4wire setup? Also tested that my starter button works. But the solenoid does not engage. So I need to buy a new one. While I'm at it maybe a choke.
Might need a new fuel pump?

Check the library here. Solenoid gets power to energize from brake circuit. Stay out of other areas till you get the engine turning over.

^+1. slow and methodical is the key. throw a bunch of parts at it at once and you'll never know what worked to fix it. get it running first and go from there.
