For sale: 2012 Znen Rowdy 150cc scooter. Sadly I am going to be selling my Rowdy....Got back from todays ride and finally realized that my riding days are over....I have some nerve damage at the C5-C7 location and the ride really flared it up....so, it's time for it to go. (Parted ways with my cargo van for the same reason.) Scooter is in excellent condition. Custom racks front and rear. Storage pod on the rear and lockable bag on the front. New tires, a new Sears Diehard Battery, a new CVT belt, and a new windshield all installed this spring. It also has a 45watt/45watt hi lo beam headlight and an audible turn signal indicator. This scooter is ready to go. Clean, clear Michigan title. Just under 4000 miles. Always used Seafoam since day 1. No issues whatsoever..... This will be listed on Lansing, MI Craigslist. The price is firm at $1150. Cash only on pickup. Located in Pleasant Lake, MI, 49272, approx 12 miles NE of Jackson, MI.

Don't give up riding forever. The majesty I had was killing my back. Any scooter today will have the engine and rear suspension as one and the bigger the motor the more you notice if you have a bad back.
What I did was I got a dirt bike with over 9" of travel on both front and back. Then I adjusted them for the softest ride I could. A world of difference.

Also the taller the bike the better. I put risers on the bars. I bought an expensive seat as the stock one was like sitting on a 2x4. I have never ridden a rowdy but can imagine how uncomfortable it would be being so low. Should you see a bump ahead, by transferring your weight to the feet is easy on a tall bike and you avoid shock to the back that way absorbing the bump with bent knees instead of your back. Getting rid of that majesty was the best move I ever made with 2 wheels, and I lost a ton of money on that deal too.

Thanks for the input. I will have to give it some serious thought. Makes perfect sense though. I am long past the "dirtin days" but some road tires on a long travel suspension might buy me a few more years. Thanks again.

I went dual sport a few years back,,,I always considered them the cheap and nasty unwanted stepchild,,,,now my only regret is spending all that dough on ducatis and all the other hyper exotic bikes I was riding,,,man I blew it big time,,,I'll never be without one again,,best move I've made in a long time,,,road conditions are a nonissue ,,,,
